CANCELLATION POLICY: A registrant may receive a full refund if they provide at least seven (7) days’ notice prior to the scheduled event. After that time, no refunds or credit for future events will be given. Exceptions may be made for special circumstances at the discretion of the NAVM board.

INCLEMENT WEATHER POLICY: If the NAVM cancels a CE event due to weather, all pre-paid registrants will be refunded. Notifications of cancelled CE events posted on the NAVM’s website and social media accounts. No refunds will be provided to those registrants who choose not to attend a CE event due to inclement weather if the NAVM doesn’t cancel the CE event.
